Digital Media & Marketing Coordinator


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Architecture, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 3 - 5 years of professional experience in content creation, digital media management, or a similar role, preferably within an architectural, design, or creative industry.
  • Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing previous graphic design and content creation.

SKILLS & EXPERTISE

  • Creative skills in content creation, including photography, videography, graphic design, and writing—with proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.) and/or other relevant design tools.
  • Strong understanding of social media strategy, branding, and audience engagement to grow and maintain a positive online presence.
  • Project management skills to enable multi tasking and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to craft compelling narratives about architecture and design projects for different formats: social media, newsletters, award submissions, etc.

COMMUNICATION & INTERPERSONAL SKILLS

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to adapt messaging to diverse audiences.
  • Collaboration skills to work effectively across various teams to produce content that reflects the firm’s ethos and vision.
  • Attention to detail and an ability to deliver high-quality content while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

DESIRABLE TRAITS

  • A genuine passion for architecture, design, and creative storytelling.
  • Familiarity with architectural terminology and the ability to translate complex design concepts into accessible, engaging content.
  • Experience in content strategy for awards submissions, publications, or other professional accolades.
  • Video production skills for creating engaging, multimedia content.
