Digital Media & Marketing Coordinator
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Architecture, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 3 - 5 years of professional experience in content creation, digital media management, or a similar role, preferably within an architectural, design, or creative industry.
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous graphic design and content creation.
SKILLS & EXPERTISE
- Creative skills in content creation, including photography, videography, graphic design, and writing—with proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.) and/or other relevant design tools.
- Strong understanding of social media strategy, branding, and audience engagement to grow and maintain a positive online presence.
- Project management skills to enable multi tasking and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to craft compelling narratives about architecture and design projects for different formats: social media, newsletters, award submissions, etc.
COMMUNICATION & INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to adapt messaging to diverse audiences.
- Collaboration skills to work effectively across various teams to produce content that reflects the firm’s ethos and vision.
- Attention to detail and an ability to deliver high-quality content while maintaining brand consistency.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
